Team Building Workshop

EVART, MI – The Center for Competency Development, along with Jackie Krawczak, recently organized a highly productive Team Building Workshop on August 9. The workshop brought together employees from Patriot Steel Works, Duram Manufacturing, and Garison Powder Coating, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment. Over the course of two hours, participants engaged in various activities such as hands-on exercises, guided discussions, lecture-style presentations, and completing worksheets. The workshop encompassed essential topics such as Working as a Team, understanding each individual’s role within the team, and effectively executing the Mission, Vision, and Values of the IBU. These topics emphasized the importance of teamwork and highlighted strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency in the workplace. The workshop also provided actionable steps that attendees can implement in their daily work routines to further enhance their teamwork skills and personal development.
