ALPENA, MI– The Center for Competency Development and Jackie Krawczak hosted employees of Omni Metalcraft Corp for a Sames Communication Workshop at ACC. The workshop focused on helping the participants identify their current sales realities, learn tactics to make connections with prospects, create a plan for consistent “touches”, and identify missed opportunities with current customers.
