This event was organized by the Center for Competency Development in collaboration with the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center, with the aim of offering hands-on training to members of the Independent Business Units.
Based on feedback from industry leaders, it was clear that this training program was a critical need for the manufacturing sector within the area. The eight-hour workshop was designed to help participants develop a standard work process that would boost the effectiveness of their problem-solving efforts.
