Welding Apprenticeship Program – built upon the nationally recognized U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) Registered Apprenticeship framework. With support from the Michigan Works Northeast Consortium, employers and apprentices benefit from structured training, wage progression, and potential long-term career advancement. Employees who complete the requirements of the program will earn a USDOL Apprenticeship Certificate, while gaining the skills necessary to succeed in today’s job market and find a fulfilling career that suits your interests and strengths, all while being paid as an employee!
Internships – We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated high school seniors and college undergraduates to join our team as interns in CAD operation, manufacturing technology, and pre-engineering.
