ALPENA, MI– The Center for Competency Development and Jackie Krawczak hosted employees of Omni Metalcraft Corp–Roller Division for a Sales Communication Workshop at ACC. The workshop focused on helping the participants identify their current sales realities, learn tactics to make connections with prospects, create a plan for consistent “touches”, and identify missed opportunities with current customers. Attendees discussed how the mission, vision, and values of the IFMC play into their role; how to communicate proactively with your current and prospective customers; discussed methods of making impactful touches with customers; and overall found new ways to improve their level of communication when it comes to doing their job.
